-Remember the purpose of the brow lift is to reposition or raise the eyebrow above
the bony rim, opening the eyelid crease.  This is different than eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty)
that removes skin and fat below the bony rim, opening the crease. 
The procedure that is correct may be different.
